It's nearly February and no sign of the lockdowns abating. It's so miserable! Anyway, we do manage to get out for walks occasionally which always presents opportunities for photos. This lonely Buzzard seemed to be having trouble finding food in the snow. This Goldfinch however was having no trouble on these frozen seed heads. Someone had high enough spirits to put this on a tree. This creepy snowman suddenly appeared in the middle of the field! So I just couldn't resist building my own in the garden. Frost has a habit of creating beautiful patterns.
